Papan Recreational Forest Reserve

The reserve is a short drive from Papan town. Hill dipterocarp forest, a few trails, and a small waterfall that runs shallow enough to just sit in. There is a herb garden on the grounds as well. The road in takes you past old buildings and farmland and does not look like much, so first-timers tend to second-guess whether they are in the right place. Keep going. Most people who come to Papan for the heritage houses never find out this is here.
