Small Towns Malaysia collects the minimum account, authentication, collection, wishlist and support information needed to operate the service. Private visits, notes and saved places are not public.
We use DigitalOcean App Platform, Managed MySQL and Spaces, configured transactional email, Google and Facebook sign-in when selected, Google Maps Platform for on-site maps and administrator place search, and IndexNow for public URLs. When an on-site map loads, Google receives ordinary network and device request data. Place searches are sent to Google only from the restricted administrator portal.
Account deletion deactivates and anonymises login access while retaining the profile and travel records. A separate verified privacy request can ask us to assess access, correction, portability or erasure.

Small Towns Malaysia mengumpul maklumat akaun, pengesahan, koleksi, senarai simpanan dan sokongan yang minimum untuk mengendalikan perkhidmatan. Lawatan, nota dan tempat simpanan peribadi tidak dipaparkan kepada umum.
